What Aibis is
Aibis is a deal-intake and tracking tool. It structures the intake, screening, and documentation steps of a commodity transaction between a seller/refinery side and a buyer side. It does not itself buy, sell, hold, or take title to any commodity, and it is not a party to the underlying sale and purchase agreement between the seller and buyer.
No guarantee of outcome
Automatic signals shown in this tool (flagged / needs review / clear to contact, KYC status, sanctions-name screening) are first-pass filters based on the information supplied and a limited local watchlist. They are not a substitute for independent legal, compliance, financial, or trade-finance advice, and they are not a guarantee that any counterparty, commodity, or document is genuine.
Your own compliance responsibility
Each party is responsible for its own legal, regulatory, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, export/import, and tax compliance in connection with any transaction tracked here. Aibis does not provide legal, financial, or brokerage advice, and generated documents (NDA, IMFPA, deal summaries) are drafts only, have qualified counsel review them before signing.
No upfront fees
Consistent with standard practice in this market, Aibis does not request or accept payment upfront in exchange for introductions, documentation, or verification. Any request for an upfront fee before basic documentation is provided should be treated as a red flag, regardless of who is asking.
Data handling
Submitted information is used to operate the tracker and generate the private status links described elsewhere in this app. Each side of a deal can see their own submitted data, their own commission/agent split, and documents relevant to them, not the other side's confidential information unless a document is deliberately shared or an NDA is executed.
